Pixel Pioneers is a four-day K–1 summer program that introduces young learners to the exciting world of stop motion animation through storytelling, hands on creativity, and guided technology use.

In this one hour per day experience, students explore how pictures come to life by creating simple clay animations, designing paper characters with emotions, building mini movie sets, and producing their own short films using tablets. Along the way, children strengthen sequencing skills, oral language, fine motor development, and collaboration as they plan, create, and share their stories.

The week culminates in a special Movie Day celebration where students proudly showcase their animated creations, building confidence as young storytellers and digital creators.
