FAQ

Can my child bring a lunch? We will have about 15 minutes set aside each day for student to eat a snack or lunch.

What is your cancellation policy? To secure your spot, we require a one-time $25 non-refundable registration fee. If you are choosing one of our VR camps (Grades 3-12), we will require payment in full due to high demand of this program and due to the fact that we have to pre-purchase VR headsets for each student.

Once we register for the summer program(s) through your website, how do we pay? You can reserve your child's spot by doing one of the following:
-
Come into Academic Oasis and pay at the reception desk. Payment can be either credit card, debit card, cash or check.
-
Call academic oasis during normal business hours and give your credit card information over the phone.
-
Zelle your payment to jackie@academicoasis.net. Please make sure to indicate your child's name on the Zelle Payment.
-
If you are using Step-Up-For-Students Scholarship, please push over the funds for the camp(s) you are choosing to Academic Oasis. You will need to push over the $25 registration fee along with the camp's fee. (K-3 Camps are $175 and 3-12 camps are $275.) The summer programs for Academic Oasis will be available in Step-Up in March.

Do you offer any discounts? We offer an Early Bird Special saving of $25 off each summer program if you sign up before 4/30. We also offer a $25 referral fee which you can apply to your child's summer program. (See the next question below.)

If I refer a family or friend, how do I get my $25 credit for a summer program for my child? If your family or friend signs up and pays the $25 registration fee, please let us know you referred that student. We will deduct the $25 from your child's summer program. For instance, if your child signs up for one of our VR camps, instead of $275, you will only be required to pay $250. If you are paying through the Step-Up-For-Students Scholarship, you would not be required to push over the $25 registration fee.
