Daily Schedule and Tuition Fees

For families using Step Up For Students scholarship.
To accommodate for the way Step Up distributes funds, we offer more flexibility payment option to families who are recipients as long as the following requirements are met. Please note we encourage you to communicate scholarship delays to ensure your child's progress and learning is not interrupted.
-
Email from the scholarship program confirming that your child is “Funded” this is different from “Awarded.”
-
Once funding is confirmed and the amount is known, families are responsible for supplementing any remaining balance not covered by the scholarship. You may pay that supplemental balance in full on the first day of school or spread it out over 10 monthly payments.
-
As Step Up makes funds available to you, we will require you to sign a promissory note to allocate funds to cover remaining tuition as soon as they become available. This is imperative on your part to avoid disruption to the continuity of learning for your child.
-
Parents are solely responsible for managing their Step Up Scholarship funds and their allocations as they are ultimately responsible for the tuition regardless of availability of funds.
-
Please note it is our utmost priority to allow every child to thrive in our school without interruption. However, to remain operational we are counting on parents to manage their scholarship funds to reflect this shared priority. Payments are due by the 1st of each month. If payment is not made by the end of the month and/or the balance exceeds $2000, we reserve the right to pause their attendance until the balance is paid in full.
We accept the Personalized Education Program (PEP) Scholarship, The Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) and the New Worlds Scholarship.
